Booking a Party
We suggest that you call us first to see if the date is available. Parties are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis, so it is recommended you book your party 4-6 weeks ahead of time.
Fill out the Reservation Form on our website and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
Please see our contract above for further details regarding payments and deposits.
**If booking less than 1 week before your requested party date, your payment in FULL will be needed to hold your date. Thank you for understanding.
Higher Quality for our Clients
Our high quality custom wigs and gowns worn by our carefully selected theatre performers will provide magical experiences for you and your guests, as well as create lifelong memories for all. All of our packages include a Royal Attendant who serves as a helper to your Princess and your guests. We strive to make sure your experience is authentic, enchanting, and of the highest entertainment standard! At Everafter & Company, we believe it is all about the details! Rest assured that when booking with us, every costume, wig, performer and attendant will arrive in perfect condition with one goal…to bring the magic to YOU!
One of our Royal Attendants will accompany your Princess to the party. He/she is there to assist the character if needed, answer any questions guests may have, and keep your party on schedule to ensure you get the full value of the time you’ve paid for. We believe this is another component of our business that sets us apart from other companies in the area.
Traveling to a Party
Our company is based out of Davison, MI. We accept bookings at any location in any city. However, for parties more than 20 miles outside of Davison, a travel fee will apply. Please visit our Party Packages page for complete mileage fees. For more than 10 miles outside of Davison, MI, we unfortunately do not offer the Enchanted Visit or Daydream Package. We use Google Maps to calculate our distance.
Cancelling a Party
If the party needs to be cancelled due to an unforeseen tragedy on our company’s end, you will receive a full refund, including your $50 deposit. If the party is cancelled on the host’s end, your $50 deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Please see further details in our contract above! Remember, if the date of your party needs to be moved around, we are more than happy to work with you to fit your needs. We understand life happens! More details regarding switching party dates can be found in the contract below.
We will gladly participate in outdoor events, weather permitting. The characters will need a dry area free of mud and dirt. Due to the nature and quality of the costumes, we will not be able to do an outdoor party or event if the temperature is 90 degrees or above or if there is rainy/inclement weather. Please have a backup location prepared.
Number of Children
There is NO limit to the number of children you may have with a princess at your weekend party. However, based on experience, we have found that a productive party has a ratio of 10-15 kids per 1 princess. If you have more than 15 children, we require an extra 15 minutes (additional $25/character) to make sure every child gets to participate in the activities. If you do have a large party, we also suggest looking into having another princess join in on the birthday fun!
What Do I Need on the Day of the Party?
Nothing! Your princess will call the cell phone number provided about 5 minutes before her arrival to confirm that she is near. This will give you time to gather the party guests and birthday princess in a location where you would like the activities to take place. Your entertainer will take it from there! The last 10 minutes of the party is left open for picture taking. (You may also take as any pictures as you’d like during the party!)
You are more than welcome to tip your performer/s for the work they do at your party. Our cast spends a great deal of time studying the stories, recreating the makeup, and learning the ins and outs of their specific characters, as well as rehearsing dances and songs for their performances. Though gratuity is never expected, it is greatly appreciated!
General Terms and Conditions
Everafter & Company does not assume responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. However, you can be assured the Everafter Princesses will treat your home and guests with respect and care. Everafter & Company is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costumes, cosmetics, or accessories, or consuming any food or beverages before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests’ parent or guardian to inform the client of any allergy restrictions and take the appropriate steps to avoid contact with such items. Everafter & Company is NOT responsible for any injuries, negligence, or unruly behavior during parties. Please act responsibly & chaperon all party guests.
