Michaela is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Flint, where she earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre—Performance with minors in Musical Theatre and Dance. She has been performing since she was three years old and loves the way it both ignites the imagination and communicates with others. 

    From dance classes and voice lessons to training with Open Jar Institute to her performing arts degree and so much more, Michaela has been training practically her whole life in performance.

    She has taught theatre for Flint Repertory Theatre (formerly Flint Youth Theatre) and has been involved in more than 30 productions over the last 9 years. Some of her favorite roles include Juliet in ROMEO AND JULIET, Schwartzy in THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE, Joy in THE YELLOW BOAT, Red Dog in GO, DOG. GO!, Choreographer and Assistant Director of NEXT TO NORMAL, and Director of PLAYING FROM THE HEART.
